How We Engage

Discovery, a live demo, a proof of concept, then deployment.

Each step has a defined exit. Deployment follows a proof of concept run on your own data within your own infrastructure.

The steps

Discovery, a live demo, a proof of concept on your data, then deployment.

The engagement path: discovery, live demo, proof of concept, deployment. The first three end in a clear exit; commitment comes only after a successful proof of concept
DiscoveryStep 1
A conversation and a short, sector-specific Discovery Form: company profile and size, who will use the platform and how many (executives, business-unit managers, analysts), the priority business goals for your sector, the data environment (warehouse, data marts, lakehouse, reporting databases — on-premise, private or public cloud; the operational source systems to connect; any near-real-time refresh needs), and the scope — single company or group, single unit or organization-wide. This shapes which sector setup and which modules we bring, and it is the basis of the proposal.
Live demoStep 2
A working session on the sector closest to your business. You set the management questions; the engine answers them while you watch — diagnosis, forecast, recommended action. Nothing is pre-recorded.
Proof of conceptStep 3
Installed on your data, with your team, under your security and data policies. No cost, no continuation commitment. Sector modules are adapted to your organization. Success criteria are agreed before it starts.
DeploymentStep 4
After a successful proof of concept, In-House Insights is tailored to your organization and moved into production with your chosen operating mode. Our regional team handles implementation, training and ongoing support.

Infrastructure and proposal

What you need to have in place, and how pricing works.

AI infrastructure

You do not need an existing language-model infrastructure. Local or enterprise-cloud model hosting is set up together, quickly — turnkey if required. Local and cloud modes run under the same data principle.

Proposal

Every organization is priced after discovery, on its own scope. A proposal follows the discovery conversation and the Discovery Form.

It starts with a conversation: .

Request a demo

A working session on the sector closest to yours, on your own data. A member of the team replies within two business days.
