1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Novastorms grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a single computer for your internal business purposes.

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Novastorms for the InHouse Insights Desktop Application software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
3. Data and Privacy
The Software may process and analyze data that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use such data with the Software. The Software processes data locally on your device and does not transmit personal data without your explicit consent.
4. Python Components
This Software may install Python and related components from python.org and other sources. Use of these components is subject to their respective licenses, including the Python Software Foundation License.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL NOVASTORMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This Agreement will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
By installing the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
